This Pilates set is a good starter kit for home workouts. The pieces aren’t too heavy, which made it easy for my younger daughter to practice as well. It comes with everything needed to get started and feels like a good value for the price.

I’ve really enjoyed using this Pilates set! The ball was super easy to inflate and it comes with a small straw that makes it easy to add or let out air whenever you want, depending on how firm you like it. I also really like that the resistance bands come in different levels, so you can switch them depending on the exercise or how much resistance you want. Everything is easy to use and it’s a great set to have for doing Pilates workouts at home.
