2. Recalibrate to zero — step on the empty scale after the screen turns on, press the Calibration button, and wait until the calibration indicator disappears before weighing.

Why are back-to-back measurements inconsistent?

1. Height can vary by up to 1.5 cm between morning and evening due to spinal compression, and weight may fluctuate due to food intake.

2. Ensure the user’s conditions are consistent, and check if the device has been moved.

Will the device sway during measurement affect the height result?

1. No. Properly stepping on the scale should not cause it to shake, and minor swaying will not impact the result.

How do I measure my body fat?

The device defaults to “Weight & Height Mode” .To measure body fat, press the “MODE” button on the device to switch to “Body Fat Mode” then step onto the scale and follow the voice prompts.

Are there errors in the height measurement data, or does the device indicate a measurement failure?

Please check whether the aluminum alloy tube has been extended to the correct position. If it is not fully extended, the measurement may be too high or fail.
