1. Remove any cloth from your arm. 2. Put the arm through the cuff loop. 3. Check the bottom of the cuff which should be around one-half inch above elbow. 4. Turn the arm so palm is facing up. 5. Make sure the tube runs down the center of the arm.

If I prefer not to use batteries, what type of power adapter can I use?

No, the device is not rechargeable. The USB Type-C cable allows for direct power use, but the device has no built-in battery.

What does “E-3” error code means, and how should I address the issue?

E-3 – appears during the process of inflation. Please check if the cuff is wrapped properly (the tube should run down the center of the forearm’s front and the cuff wraps arm without any wrinkles), and also check the air plug is properly plugged in.
